Congrats to Maddie Mette for earning her PhD!

SIPERG member, Madelyn Mette, recently successfully defended her PhD. Congrats to Diana Thatcher!

Diana Thatcher has recently sucessfully completed her PhD preliminary exams. This makes her an official “PhD Candidate!” Diana will continue her work studying Portuguese speleothem records as proxies for Holocene Paleoclimate.

New SIPERG Publication!

Nina Whitney was lead author on a recent publication in the Journal of Continental Shelf Research. The paper explores the influence of river runoff on 18O-salinity relationship of coastal waters in the Gulf of Maine. See SIPERG publications for a link to the article. Congrats Nina and coauthors!
